Found mention of your bread in the new CSIRO diet publication. I can buy it from a small German bakery in Morley WA. Have been on a lo carb, 20 a day to get better control of diabetes. After 3 months, sugar levels under control but on the edge of giving up with winter here and no comfort food. Your bread which I toast and limit to 2 slices daily, has made a world of difference to winter meals. Salads on hold. Thanks so much. Never stop baking it! Anne
