I am an advocate of the benefits of your amazing low carb GI bread. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 4 years ago. Since mid 2015 I have been ONLY eating your bread which I purchase from Foodworks Canungra. Recently my doctor said I have ‘normal’ levels of blood sugar and am not really a Type 2 sufferer any longer!! The only l reason I can put down to this, and my doctor agrees, is the change in my consumption of carbs and more specifically, the type of bread I am eating.
Just pleased to inform you guys that I’ve been using this bread for 3 months now ,with recipes online and sometimes I create my own. I’ve lost 9 kilos with exercise .It’s just amazing. Thanks to the person who came up with recipe. I love this bread to the point it’s my life now. I am in Melbourne suburbs and travel 2 hours to sunbury to get it.
