Mushrooms + Ricotta on Low Carb Bread
Ingredients (Serves 1):
1 slice Herman Brot® Lower Carb Bread
50g mushrooms
50g ricotta cheese
2 cherry tomatoes
parsley
pepper
Instructions:
Step 1: Saute mushrooms until brown in hot, dry pan.
Step 2: Toast one slice of bread to your liking.
Step 3: Spread ricotta over toast
Step 4: Top with mushrooms straight from the pan
Step 5: Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley
