Scrambled Eggs + Smoked Salmon on Low Carb

Ingredients (Serves 1):
| Herman Brot® Lower Carb Bread | 1 slice |
| Egg | 2 |
| Smoked Salmon | 50g |
| Parsley | |
| Garlic Chives | |
| Pepper |
Instructions:
Step 1: Whisk eggs together and pour into hot, lightly oiled pan. Start separating and folding until eggs are cooked through.
Step 2: Toast bread to your liking.
Step 3: Top with scrambled eggs and salmon slices.
Step 4: Garnish with chopped chives+ parsley.
Step 5: Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
