Spinach, Tomato + Pesto Pasta
Ingredients (Serves 4):
3 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 Tbs basil pesto
15 cherry tomatoes
1/8 cup pinenuts
1 bag of Herman Brat® Lower Garb Pasta
Instructions:
Step 1: Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 mins
Step 2: Toast pine nuts in hot not-stick pan
Step 3: When pasta cooked, drain and stir through spinach, tomatoes, pesto + pine nuts
