If you are not satisfied with any delivered product because it is damaged or not the ordered product or not of merchantable quality, please contact us at info@hermanbrot.com.au or on 07 2111 1199 as soon as possible within 24 hours as we are here to help you. 

To assist us with your product query or concern, would you please also promptly provide us with evidence to verify that a product is damaged or not ordered or not of merchantable quality. 

We shall provide you with a replacement product or a refund or a store credit once we are satisfied that your asserted position is correct or legitimate.

Please note that returns or refunds or credits will not be offered or available to you if you have selected and ordered a product and thereafter no longer want that product because you have changed your mind about it.
