HERMAN BROT CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction
- The "terms and conditions" set out below apply between Herman Brot and its related persons and entities ("we" or "our" or "us") as supplier and its customers ("you" or "your").
- By engaging with us (including through the use of our website and other services), you agree that these terms and conditions shall apply to all your orders and purchases of Herman Brot products.

Your orders
- Your product orders ("orders") must be placed with us in the manner we ask you to do it.
- We shall process and ship your orders once we have received your payment to our satisfaction.
- We shall ship your orders to the address you have provided us for shipping purposes.
- All orders for delivery within Australia can be tracked. If your order has not arrived within the timeframe as herein contemplated, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at info@hermanbrot.com.au.
- Upon your order being placed correctly, we shall send you an email-confirmation of your order. Please keep this email as your proof of purchase.
- If you should have order-delivery instructions, we shall record them and instruct the shipping company accordingly. If you should for example choose to have your order delivered and left at home and you are not there to receive it, you will be responsible for any associated loss.
