Our lower carb Sourdough is one of the lowest carb sourdough breads on the market.  With only 5.4g carbs and an incredible 16.9g protein per serve.  It's vegan and suitable for people on KETO diets, those on weight loss programs and low in GI which may make it suitable for people living with Type 2 diabetes.  It's also a good source of fibre and provides 20% of daily recommended fibre intake.*

Heating instructions. For the whole loaf, we recommend preheating in the oven for 8 minutes at 180⁰’ or 4 minutes in the fan forced oven.

For separate slices, we recommend toasting.

Orders placed for fresh products are baked fresh Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after Tuesday will be sent the following week on a Monday; fresh to your door.
